How long before it ships? 

Our shapes are handcrafted in Brooklyn, NY.  We carry a limited stock, so there’s a chance when you order we will have to shape it nice and fresh just for you. With that in mind we usually have the shapes ready for shipment in 1 to 5 business days depending on the quantity ordered. If you have any special requests please don’t hesitate to email us at hello@shapeshop.studio after your checkout.

NOTE: We are experiencing supply chain delays with a few of our raw materials. We are keeping a small stock so that orders can be processed per the above timelines. Large orders may experience longer lead times. We will be sure to notify you within 24 hours of your order if we cannot process in a 5-day timeframe. If we cannot process the order in a timeframe acceptable to you we will refund your order 100%. We appreciate your understanding during these unpredictable times. 

 

What are the shipping options? 

At checkout you will received multiple options for shipping via UPS. The options vary from overnight, to 2-day, to standard ground shipping. The rates will be calculated based on your zip code.  Our shipping rates are straight through UPS with our Shopify business discount and we do not collect a profit from the shipping fee. 

 

Do you offer pickup? 

We are based in Brooklyn, NY.  If you’d like to pickup please contact us before your order at hello@shapeshop.studio and we can create a custom checkout for you to bypass the shipping charge. 

 

How do I install the shapes? 

All shapes come with a built-in clip for wall hung display and a built-in stand for table top display. The shapes are about 2 pounds each. Most installs are possible with a simple picture hanging nail (sold separately).  If you are hanging in a series, we’ve had success hanging 12 inches on center from nail to nail for a nice even spacing.

What is your return policy? 

Our shapes are custom and made to order.  We personally make each shape and carefully inspect the shapes before they ship to ensure quality assurance.  If for some reason there is a defect in your shape upon receipt please contact hello@shapeshop.studio within 7-days of receipt with the order number in the subject field, a description of the issue and a picture of the issue.  We will review the claim and provide a response within 1-5 business days.  We take pride in our process and customer satisfaction - so we will work with you to come to a reasonable resolution.
